Assessment of Facilities and Infrastructure Requirements for A Client Undergoing Corporate Restructuring
Betapoint planned and managed the assessment of the requirements for facilities and infrastructure across all the support functions and all geographical sites of a large client situated across a number of physical sites in South Africa.
Betapoint planned and successfully managed the following activities on this assignment:
Developed an initial and then final solution with each departments and with the Facilities Management teams to cater for physical moves;
Developed detailed initial and final physical layout drawings in CAD, approved by function, for final solution layout and planning purposes;
Prepared costing for moves, including renovation, refurbishment and relocation options and obtained approval from relevant parties; and
Developed and monitored a facilities dashboard and tracked schedule, status of completion and coordinated progress on all aspects of the project and all parties.
