During the 2000s, one of South Africa’s largest and most respected multinational brands, entered a period of accelerated business transformation. This transformation had, in turn, begun to place substantial pressure on existing facilities, as well as the Facilities Management teams. The Facilities Management teams were split across several geographic sites and as the business transformed, the corporate office portfolio expanded to accommodate these changes.
Betapoint identified these circumstances and planned and managed a comprehensive process to address the client’s need to streamline their corporate office portfolio and re-design and implement a world-class Facilities Management Operating Model.
This complex and far-reaching programme is successfully ongoing and has so far yielded outstanding results, resulting in the approval by the Board of a multi-billion Rand net present value business case and substantial opportunities for improved performance for our client.
