KPMG – THE HALYARD SURVEY

Welcome

This survey is designed to capture your point of view on our recent move to the Halyard, the environment, services and amenities. The main purpose for conducting this survey is to secure your feedback and develop an action list to address any remaining post move issues.

Please note – any information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence, the survey is being administered by Betapoint who will further collate and analyse the results. Betapoint will not share individual staff names with KPMG. We have included the section for your name and surname only to allow Betapoint to randomly select the survey completion winners.

 

Guidelines to completing this survey:

Every question of the survey needs to be completed; please note you will not be able to submit the survey unless all questions have been answered.

You should preferably not go back to a previously completed section and amend your responses as your first instincts are generally correct.

Biographical section

This section relates to demographic information. Please complete all the questions in this section by selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down list or by entering free text where appropriate. As confirmed above, Betapoint will not report on individual names / surnames when submitting the survey analysis results to KPMG.

Workplace section

This section relates to the physical workplace environment and related services. Please complete all the questions in this section by selecting the appropriate option from a drop-down list or by entering free text where appropriate. For some questions you will be asked to rate your satisfaction on a scale from 1 to 5, with 1 indicating you are Completely Dissatisfied and 5 indicating you are Completely Satisfied.

Process & Support Section

This section relates to any additional support you might require in certain aspects of our new workplace as well as asking you to highlight any remaining issues you might be experiencing in the new environment.
