Betapoint aims to unlock significant business value for leading international media player

Betapoint has recently been awarded the opportunity to partner with a leading international media player to serve as their strategic real estate advisory and implementation partner. As part of this engagement, Betapoint has developed a holistic transformation journey impacting more than 20 different properties and more than 6,000 employees. A key part of Betapoint’s unique value-add for the client comes from providing direct access to our global experts, with extensive experience in driving workplace transformation programmes for leading global industry players.  

This particular engagement is closely linked to our client’s ongoing organizational transformation programme and an aspiration to re-evaluate the workplace in order to create a modernised digital organization. The focus of the project includes a wide range of strategy, design and implementation services covering the full spectrum of their portfolio, workplace and facilities management operations.  

The objectives of the project include developing and driving a tangible business case through an optimised real-estate strategy, with specific focus on exploring opportunities for innovation. In the workplace arena, Betapoint is working with the client in order to create a unified employee experience that is tailored towards improving satisfaction, engagement and productivity.  Betapoint is empowering the client to make sustainable decisions about their real estate portfolio and maximize both capital utilization and employee experience. We look forward to walking the next steps of this exciting transformation journey.
